Happy Friday everyone! I hope everyone is as happy to be through the week as I am. Today I did this. I needed the positive change. I am a creature of change. Its just how I role. I am digging this change. It feels good.

Life as it’s Captured

Everyone, this is my cat Socks. I am not particularity fond of his name (my mother named him, not me) its too typical cat for him. Sock is no ordinary cat. In fact I am almost certain that he is secretly a dog that got freaky friday-ed into a cats body. He gets all excited when you come home and greets you at the door. He will straight up lick you in the face. He drinks out of the toilet over his water bowl any day. If you are eating dinner, he wants some it doesn’t matter what it is. And he will never ever hiss. He is also crazy. Most of my friends have a love/fear relationship with him. This is pretty much his only other cat like trait besides purring. He loves to window watch. I can’t help but love my crazy cat. He certainly has character, no one can deny that.

Life as it’s Captured

Happy Saturday everyone. I am determined to make this a good day. It has started off pretty good. Woke up at eight which is simply beautiful, decided to let Justin sleep in a bit and started to get ready for my day. I got dressed, ate some breakfast and separated the laundry. As I was doing this I took a moment and watched him sleep. Its not a sight that I get to see very often because we both work jobs that have us up insanely early so I wanted to really take it in. He looks so peaceful when he sleeps, sprawled out across the bed. I just had to take a picture, just to capture that, so I will never have to worry about my mind fading and jading the memory… He’ll probably be annoyed that I posted a picture of him sleeping on the interwebs but oh well, he can deal with it.

Sorry, I haven’t been posting on here lately. Things have been tough lately around here. This week has been hard. This photo kinda seems to capture where I am at. It may not be perfect but it currently captures the sullen chaos in my mind right now I believe. I don’t really want to get into here because there is a good chance that I will probably cry and I need to keep it together tonight and I have to leave soon, but I will leave you this quote from my favorite movie.

Sometimes there just aren’t enough rocks.
